1. Introduction
In order to be able to facilitate in all processes and to provide you with an optimal service, we process certain personal data. This Privacy Statement contains a clear explanation about which personal data we process, for which purposes we process data and in which way we process personal data. This document will show that we handle the personal details of our customers and other relations. It is also made clear how you can view, change or delete your own data. This privacy statement applies to all personal data that we process for the purposes mentioned below. By ‘personal data’ is meant: all information with which you can be identified as an individual. This Privacy Statement describes how we process and secure your personal data, in short; how we take care of your privacy.
We take the privacy of our customers seriously. As controller we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or against any other form of unlawful processing. Only our own authorized personnel or authorized service providers have access to your personal data.
If your personal data is provided to us via our website, via email or in any other way, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Statement and you give us permission to process your personal data in accordance with the manner described in this Privacy Statement. You are not required to provide us with your personal data, as a result of which we can’t optimally coordinate our services and products and can’t make use of all our services.
We will only provide your personal data and information to third parties, who either act in accordance with their relevant legal obligations or have contractually obliged to process the personal data in accordance with this Privacy Statement and the applicable privacy laws and regulations.
2. Who are we
Axitour B.V. is a private limited company with limited liability. We are located in Barendrecht and are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 24240282.
3. Purpose for processing
Axitour B.V. collects, processes and stores personal data for the following purposes:
• Offering our products and services for clients and individuals;
• Sending ordered goods; purchase or rent.
• Management of our mutual relationship (informing by newsletters and marketing messages);
• The administration for the purpose of offering products and services.
4. Legal bases for processing
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data for the above purposes is your express permission or our legal duty. You have the right to withdraw the consent granted at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to that withdrawal.

5. Your personal data
When you fill in a contact form on the website, you contact one of our employees or apply for a vacancy, we will include the personal information provided by you in our database, in order to manage it and to contact you. We make every effort to protect your personal data properly, but the security of data, sent over the internet, can’t be fully guaranteed.
To be able to use the services we offer, a customer account is created with company details and personal contact details. We process the contact details and information provided by you, so we can make an offer. In this way we can inform you about existing and future offers.
We make every effort to ensure that your personal information is properly secured. When sending personal data, be aware that the security of data, sent over the internet, can’t be fully guaranteed.
6. Storage of personal data
In order to offer good products and services to our clients, we keep personal data as long as necessary. If we reasonably expect to have other relevant offers in the near future, we will save your personal data for these purposes. We store your data on a strictly secured CRM-system on a local server in a secure environment that only authorized employees have access to.
7. Automatically generated information
For further optimization of our website we use Google Analytics. Because Google’s servers are located outside the European Union, other rules apply. Agreements have now been made so that they comply with the privacy agreements of the GDPR. We choose our partners carefully and always take your privacy into account.
8. Providing personal data to third parties
We will not provide your personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes (for example for sending advertising). We may however provide your personal data to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the provision of the agreed services to you (for example in the context of delivering our products to logistics partners) or insofar as data can’t be traced back to you personally.
We can also provide your (personal) data to third parties if we are obliged to do so on the basis of legal provisions, we are compelled to do so as a result of a lawsuit when it is necessary to protect our own rights.
If we provide personal data to third parties, we will ensure that these third parties will process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Statement. We guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data.
9. View / change / delete personal data
By sending an email to info@axitour.eu you can view, change or delete your (personal) data. In order to protect your privacy, we will have to establish your identity in order to ensure that the information is provided to the right person, or that the details of the right person are changed or deleted.
If you wish to view your personal data, you will receive as soon as possible, in any case within the statutory period, an overview of your personal data in our database in accordance with the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation. If you wish to change your personal data, we will implement these changes as soon as possible in your personal account and/or company account.
If you wish to have your data removed from our database, we will initiate this procedure as soon as possible and inform you in accordance with the protocol drawn up on the basis of the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation. We will inform you as soon as possible, but always within the statutory period after receiving the request, in writing about the protocol. A decision to improve, supplement, remove or protect is implemented as soon as possible.
In the case of deletion of your personal data. If your personal data were also accessible to third parties, we are unable to remove your data from their systems. In that case, you will have to contact these parties directly for the deletion of the data.
10. Complaints
We request that anyone who believes that we act in violation of the applicable laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal data in the performance of our work, let us know via the mail address info@axitour.eu. We will respond within a reasonable time, within one month. There is also the possibility of submitting a complaint about our manner of working to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via Postbus 93374, 2509 AJ Den Haag.
